► The new DSK_AUDIO16_BASE baseboard permits up to four DSK_AUDIO4 daughtercards to be mounted on a single DSK, permitting 16-channel audio processing. See the DSK_AUDIO16_BASE product page for more information.

► The new DSK_AUDIO4 daughtercard offers four audio input/output channels, with the ability to directly connect four microphones (no preamps required). Four-channel acoustic beamforming on a DSK is now possible for less than $100! A simple programming interface allows control of input and output gains, input source selection, and configuration of any codec register from within your DSP code. Planned enhancements to the DSK_AUDIO4 daughtercard include an interface daughtercard that will support up to four (4) DSK_AUDIO4 daughtercards, allowing for 16-channel audio input/output.
