Important Product Statement
Educational DSP, LLC (eDSP) provides the enclosed module under the following conditions: This module is intended for use only in conjunction with the DSP Starter Kits listed in the product documentation. It is not a finished end-product suitable for general consumer use, and is intended only for use in engineering development, research, demonstration and academic environments. This module does not fall within the scope of European Union directives (RoHS, WEEE), nor has it been tested or approved for electromagnetic compatibility (FCC, CE, UL, etc.). Due to the open nature of the module, proper precautions must be taken at all times to protect the module from damages due to electrostatic discharge, contact with conductive materials, and other hazards. The user assumes all responsibility for proper handling and use of the module. The module will only be accepted for return with prior approval of eDSP. Due to the open nature of the module, only modules that fail to operate due to manufacturing defects will be accepted for return. In the event of a defective module, eDSP’s liability will be limited to the replacement cost of the module only. . | |
